Join the Te Aroha RSA in supporting our war veterans and supporting our community.
We are here to help people. The Te Aroha RSA is like a large family who care, support, and entertain one-another.
Being an RSA member entitles you access to member-only events and activities, and you receive your own copy of the RSA Review newspaper, which is published twice a year. Your membership fee also helps with the organisation of RSA charitable fundraising events.
We fundraise through providing venue hire and catering services, and through community fundraising events. We are actively involved with fundraising for various worthy charitable organisations.
'Member' membership is open to adults who have not served in the Armed Forces or Police force, but would like to belong to the club.
Returned Servicemen and Servicewomen who have served in any war, or in a peacekeeping or peacemaking deployment, as defined by RNZRSA.
Service members are either retired or serving members of the Armed Forces who do not qualify for ‘Returned’ membership. They include those who have served under CMT, the Territorial Forces, Cadet Force Officers, and sworn members of the New Zealand Police.
This membership is open to wives, widows, daughters and granddaughters of Returned and Service personnel, who are themselves Associate, Service, or Returned members of the RSA.
The Women's Section support the functions of the RSA, and RSA members. They are a very important part of our association, and are heavily involved with organising our social and fundraising events.
Members of our Women's Section become a part of a valued team within Te Aroha RSA.
